Late Fee:
$10 Late Fee will be applied to accounts with outstanding balance on March 1st and September 1st.
Past due accounts are subject to liens and related processing fees.
Note: It is important to always be current on your assessments. Non-current members will not have access privileges to the fitness center, pool, nor the privilege of reserving the clubhouse for events. There is a $50 card reactivation fee charged for past due accounts once cards are deactivated.
