AHOA Board Meeting June 7, 2009

Members present: Scott, Michelle, Charles, Sammy, Dan, John, and Wendi

 

·        Call to Order: 6:30

·        Approved financial report with Michelle.

·        Board approved to raise payment on vacant lots from 300.00 to 500.00 per month.

·        Board discussed pool costs and repairs.

·        Board discussed that all storage buildings need to be a more permanent structure, not frame with a tarp.

·        Board discussed NO air-conditioners in windows.

·        Board decided that there needs to be NO motorized vehicles on the vacant lots.

·        Options for mailbox repairs have been sent out to those who need them, there are 3 choices of how they can be fixed.

·        Board discussed new umbrellas for the pool area.

·        New grout has been put on the pool tiles.

·        Board had new picnic tables have been placed at the vacant lots along with a permanent trash can.

·        Managers Report:

·        Homeowners to renters will have to make a deposit if going to use the clubhouse or the pool.

·        Board discussed Annual neighborhood meeting for August 22, 2009.

·        Meeting Adjourned 8:30.
