AHOA Board Meeting June 6, 2008

Members Present: Tony, Scott, David, Sammy, Charles, Michelle, Matt B. and Wendi

1. Discussion about increasing insurance on the Fannin fences, we need to get protection for wind damage.
2. Board motioned the wind insurance for fences.
3. Members talked about reimbursing homeowners for fence repairs.
4. Board discussed not giving up the rights on the fences that face the vet.
5. Board members discussed the retention pond clean up, and the up keep of the ponds.
6. Board members motioned on the quotes for retention ponds and clean up.
7. 416 Brighton Court: discussion about the fines not being paid.
8. David will get quotes for tree and or stump removal.
9. Charles will get an update on homeowners on Queens Way (Mr. Howie).
10. Members discussed the appearance of the car in the back yard of the Bailey's home at 500 Brighton Circle. Sammy will send a letter about this current situation. Neighbor brought this to Boards attention.
11. Board discussed the possibility of getting a T.V. in the weight room.
12. Will be getting a quote on the T.V.
13. Members discussed the pool furniture and maintain the up keep of them (chairs, umbrellas, etc)
14. Members discussed a service code for the clubhouse gate, who needs one and who does not need one.
15. Charles had the mirror placed in the weight room for safety while working out.
16. Members discussed the possibility of getting the flag pole fixed.
17. Members discussed the plans for the empty lot for the future plans for a playground/picnic area.
18. Matt Baldrige will spearhead a committee for the playground/park-picnic area. We will help give names for Matt.
19. Board members discussed the plans to build and place three heavy duty picnic tables for the empty lot.
20. Board adjourned at 8:00p.m.
