AHOA BOARD MEETING APRIL 5, 2009

Members: Scott, David, Michelle, Sammy, Dan, John, Charles, and Wendi

Board Meeting called to order at 6:30

• Went over budget/finances with Michelle.
• Discussed the problem with the barking dogs, approach neighbors with the dogs, and try to settle the issue.
• Discussed the window units in homes, and talked about resending letters to those homeowners who have not yet removed them! (THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED)
• Discussed adding some type of variance to our covenants about the storage buildings.
• Talked about coverings on homeowner’s mailboxes.
• Flagpole has been installed! Looks GREAT!
• Discussed the landscape of the back entrance and around the parking area at the clubhouse, the new flowerbed to take the place of the tree!
• Talked about purchasing new equipment for the weight room or the idea of leasing newer exercise equipment.
• Keep eyes out for lingering Christmas lights on houses, and watch for kids hanging out in vacant homes throughout the neighborhood.
• Board discussed putting landscape bids out.
• David and Scott keep calling on front entrance fence painting.
• Tree removal in the front, check on best quotes.
• Garage Sale went well (yesterday April 4th)
• Easter egg hunt? Check with Tony on that idea.
• Green cards for lawn care
• Building the picnic tables for empty lots.
• Removal of front yard satellites.
• Still in need of more new Board Members!
• Board Adjourned at 8:00
